milaumali: I am currently doing private practice as Human Resources/ Organizational Development Advisor. Previously served as VSO International Volunteer, a UK registered charity as Management / HR Advisor. For 2 years I was placed as HR/ OD Advisor to two(2) NGOs both located in Jharkhand - state of India. One NGO is located in Deoghar - a rural area for 18 months and moved to Citizens Foundation located in the city of Ranchi.
